Good book, but first of all probably for a ...

Good book, but first of all probably for a third of this book you need a magnifying glass to read it and I have perfect vision secondly the chapters are not organized in a good manner for example all the nutrition articles could be scattered all over the book probably almost a third of the book is about his personality which I have zero interest in. I am looking for instruction I'm talking about hardcore nutrition and training instruction and mind visualization techniques I want to progress I want to get leaner more muscular I could care less if vince had a short temper or if he was funny or what kind of mood he was in so the author just threw in all these articles without any thought to arrange them in an orderly and organized fashion . you are going to have to flip from page to page and use a magnifying glass to read it besides those complaints the book is pretty good but at $60 it is definitely overpriced and like I said I was looking for hardcore instruction and only about half the book is about that.

This is absolutely a must-have book for all Vince Gironda fans. The book is more than worth the price of it alone. I find it very hard to put this book down every time that I pick it up. It contains so much information that I didn't know about Vince. It's filled with rare images and well-researched. If you want this book buy it, don't hesitate wondering if it's any good, the author Karl Coyne has done an outstanding job! You won't regret buying it and will refer to the book again and again. There's a reason for all the 5-Star Reviews here on Amazon, the book is really that good. I can't wait until Volume 2 in this series comes out. Congratulations Karl for writing this book and from all the fans of Vince Gironda worldwide thank you so much!
