This book is one the best books on international commercial arbitration. And I read a lot of them. Notwithstanding the size of the books, it covers most aspects of international commercial obligation in a concise and vivid language. Jeffrey Dasteel is not only a brilliant academic but also an excellent experienced and efficient practitioner.
This book is highly advisable for students, professors, lawyers and business people interested in international commercial arbitration. Most of the materials referenced in the book include a hyperlink to a relevant treaty or case which makes the book a fantastic learning tool. And don't be fooled my small charts. They could be easily enlarged by a click. Furthermore, hypothetical will make you experience studying in a highly ranked law school.
